JERRY PERRY
Jerry is a constitutional law professor at Angelo State University, San Angelo. He is a primary scholar for the Hatton W. Sumners Institutes and also a frequent LRE presenter. He has participated in the CIVITAS teacher training in Hungary. Among the honors Professor Perry has received are the Angelo State University Teacher of the Year, the Nancy Garms Memorial Award and the honorary Leon Jaworski Award. E-Mail: jerry.perry@angelo.edu.
