The Hatton W. Sumners Foundation has provided Texas educators with quality instruction and materials through the Institutes on the Founding Documents. Over 3000 of teachers have attended the original 40-hour course since the 1989. |

Through the generosity of national civic education organizations, Texas educators are offered several trainings throughout the year. |

The Law-Related Education (LRE) Department of the State Bar serves as a catalyst to advance law-related and civic education programs throughout the state. Two summer institutes and one statewide conference are offered every year. Over sixteen workshops are available to public and private school districts, universities, home school, and Regional Educational Service Centers. |
